Financial

In order to support the sustainability of our small practice, we are currently not contracting with medical insurance companies for the payment of services offered.

We bill cash-pay for individualized care plans, as requested and chosen by our clients based on the specific health goals, wants, and needs as determined through mutual decision making between each client and our team.

We offer sliding scale options, payment plans, and discounts for BIPOC families only.

We believe financial transparency supports informed choice and self-determination to make empowering decisions — for both the individual seeking healthcare services and the provider offering them.

  • As a BIPOC-owned small business within the American healthcare system, we acknowledge the financial challenges we face as a midwifery practice. We strive to provide accessible healthcare while also protecting the sustainability of our personnel.

For the time being, insurance companies do not provide sustainable reimbursement options to support the survival of this practice; as a result, we currently offer direct-to-patient care, bypassing medical insurance companies, and accepting only cash-pay clients with financial aid and payment plans upon request.
